Masks 3-Ply
For the ultimate in facial barrier protection, ICU Production offers multiple levels, styles, and colors of ASTM-rated 3-ply masks. Our 3-ply masks have three layers of fabric to provide protection while remaining comfortable and breathable, making them ideal for everyday use for both adults and children.
Higher-level masks provide more protection and are more suitable for those who expect higher exposure to airborne or droplet pathogens. We recommend the lower level for those making short trips to the store or post office.

Level 1
Our level 1 masks offer low-level protection against viral exposure through fluids. They provide the following levels of protection.
- Breathability: <4 mm H20
- Fluid Resistance: 80 mmHg
- PFE Filtration 1μm: ≥ 95% @ 0.1 micron
- BFE Filtration 3μm: ≥ 95%
- Flammability: Class 1
Level Black/Pink
We offer level 1 masks in black and pink as well as the standard blue for comfort and protection in style.

Level 2
For those who believe they have a moderate chance of encountering pathogens, we recommend our level 2 masks. They offer more breathability, a higher fluid resistance, and a higher level of filtration.

Level 3
Level 3 masks offer the highest level of protection against fluid exposures among the 3-ply mask options. The filtration and breathability are similar to level 2 masks, but level 3 masks offer substantially more fluid resistance.

- PFE Filtration 1μm: ≥ 98% @ 0.1 micron
- BFE Filtration 3μm: ≥ 98%

Level 3 Tieback
Masks that hook around your ears can be uncomfortable when worn for hours. Our level 3 tieback option provides more comfort at the same level of protection, allowing you to adjust the fit to suit your face.
